The Clubs residential chambers consist of 8 well appointed air – conditioned rooms, with attached bathrooms, spotlessly maintained. Every room is provided with a mini refrigerator and the necessary paraphernalia for making tea and coffee. All rooms have balconies which afford a breathtaking view of the Nethravati River. Each room can accommodate two adults and mattresses can be provided for children or the extra adult.
CLUB RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION
ACCOMMODATION:
- Members while reserving accommodation for their guests should mention the names of their guests, and place from where they are arriving to extend the facilities to genuine guests. The room bookings shall be done by the members in any of the following manners:
- Signing the Room Booking Form available at the Club office.
- Sending the details by an email to the Clubs official ID with same details as in the Room Booking Form from the members registered id.
- All Guests shall produce Photo ID before Check in without which the Room is liable to be denied. Only genuine guests will be entertained.
- Visitors to the Rooms of Guests will have to sign in the Guest Register and will be allowed to visit the Rooms only after introduction of the Members who has booked the Room.
- For Affiliated Club Members the terms and conditions as per mutual agreement will apply apart from the existing room booking rules and procedures.
- Rooms booked from 15th December to 15th January will be charged 25% extra on the existing room rent prevalent.
PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING & TARIFF
BOOKINGS :
- All bookings to be confirmed by email.
- Advance payment against confirmation should reach at least 7 days before the date of arrival, failing which the booking stands cancelled without any prior intimation. The club will not be responsible for the cancellation due to non-receipt of the advance payment.
- Affiliated club members cannot bring in any guest along with them to stay/visit the club or use any facilities (including dining areas) of our club (Unless agreed upon reciprocal arrangement). Only spouse and children can accompany the affiliated club members. Only one room per affiliated member can be booked.
- Affiliated members while reserving accommodation should mention their names, membership number, affiliated club details and place from where they are arriving to extend the facilities to genuine guests.
- Check in time: 2 pm and Check out time: 12.00 noon
- The room tariff is as under:
- Members of affiliated club is Rs. 4000/- on Single/Double occupancy
- Extra bed is Rs. 500/-
- Applicable taxes will be extra.
- These rates may be revised from time to time as the Committee deems necessary.
- Your preference of rooms will be allotted depending upon the availability at the time of check-in.
- Only one extra bed per room will be provided. Maximum number of persons per room is three. Additional child below 5 years can accompany the three persons in one room, sharing the master bed, as an exception.
- Rooms booked from 15th December to 15th January will be charged 25% extra on the existing room rent prevalent.
- Room cancellation charges fixed as follows:
- More than 7 days prior to date of reservation: 10%
- 7 days up to 72 hours prior to date of reservation : 50%
- Less than 72 hours prior to date of reservation : 100%
- Advance check outs shall be treated as cancellation for the remaining period and the rule for cancellation shall apply.
- Affiliated members including spouse and children should show their Club ID at the time of check in.
- Please be informed that the club will remain closed from 12.00 mn to 6.00 am. Prior information is required to check-in-out the club premises during these times.
- Early check-in (up-to 6.00 am) and late check-out (up-to 8.00 pm) facilities are available subject to availability on the same day for 50% room rate charges. For guaranteed early check-in, the room is to be reserved from the previous night and guaranteed late check-out, the room is to be reserved for the following night.
